Ingredients

Devil Steak

  • 2 10 oz Steak

  • 1 tbls Vegetable Oil

  • 1 tbls Butter

  • Salt & Pepper

 

Steak Sauce

  • 2 tbls Raspberry Jam

  • 2 tbls Brown Sugar

  • 2 tbls Ketchup

  • 2 tbls Worcestershire Sauce

  • 5 Drops Hot Sauce

  • Salt & Pepper

Mash Potatoes

  • 4 6oz red Russet Potatoes

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tbls Butter

  • 1/4 FreshParsley, chopped

  • salt & pepper to taste

Vegtables

  • 10 Asparagus

  • 1 Bell Pepper, Red

  • 1 tbls Butter

  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Prepare

Devil’s Steak & Sauce

  1. Season steaks and pan fry for 2 minutes per side. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving

  2. In a sauce pan, add ketchup, sugar, jam, Worcestershire and hot sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until bubbling, then simmer for 5 minutes

 

Mashed Potatoes

  1. In a pot of water, add half skinned potatoes and bring to boil. Strain once it reaches the boiling point.

  2. Mash potatoes and add milk, butter, parsley and salt/pepper to taste

 

Vegetables

  1. Blanch trimmed asparagus for 3 minutes, then strain.

  2. Chop red peppers roughly into diamond shapes

  3. In a sauce pan, heat butter, and add asparagus to butter and season to taste
