Ingredients

Tuna Salad

  • 100 g Tuna Filet

  • 30 g Shallot, minced

  • 5 ml  Seasame Oil

  • 10 ml Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander

  • 1 tbsp Lime Zest

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice

  • 5 g Grated Gingerea

  • 1 g  Black Seasme Seeds

  • 1 g Toasted Seasme Seeds

  • 1 ea Belgian Endive, Julienned

  • 1/4 Carot, Julienned

 

How To Prepare

  1. Brunoise tuna and add remainder of the ingredients - all but lime, carrots and endive.

  2. Using a food ring, add tuna in the center of an empty plate

  3. Garnish with Belgian endive, carrots, sesame seeds and lime zest
